About DocNimble and our private-first tool standards
DocNimble is a Support IT Ventures product for everyday PDF, document and image work. The service is designed around real outputs, visible processing boundaries and verification rather than inflated tool counts or simulated success messages.
What browser-first means
Tools labelled browser load their processing code on the relevant workspace and handle supported source files inside the browser. The source bytes are not posted through the tool workflow. This architecture reduces unnecessary transfer, but users should still protect the device, browser profile and downloaded result.
When a server is unavoidable
Office conversion, OCR, advanced compression and structural PDF repair require specialist software. These tasks use secure server processing only after authentication and real end-to-end testing. Their public pages explain the intended workflow, while the Run action remains unavailable until the service can complete it reliably.
Truthful tool status
A live label means the advertised path can create a genuine result. It does not mean every encrypted, damaged, signed or unusually encoded file will succeed. Beta identifies an advanced tool still under controlled testing. Coming soon never hides a non-working Run button.
Editorial standards
Guides begin as private drafts. Publication requires a public author profile, useful body content, meaningful artwork and alt text, visible dates, complete search metadata, disclosure notes and a clear relationship to current product behaviour. Missing publication fields may be prepared automatically, but automation is disclosed and is never presented as independent professional review. Structured data must match the visible page.
Ownership and support
DocNimble is operated by Support IT Ventures. Product feedback, account questions, privacy requests and output problems should be submitted through the secure contact form. Do not send confidential source files, passwords, payment credentials or identity documents.
