DocNimble Cookie and Consent Policy
DocNimble uses essential browser storage for security and account functions. Optional analytics or advertising must remain inactive until the relevant consent choice and operator configuration permit them.

Essential storage
Authentication sessions, CSRF protection, rate-limit state and your saved privacy choice are necessary for secure operation. They are not used to build an advertising profile.
Analytics
When the operator has configured Google Analytics 4, the Google tag is eligible to load only after analytics consent. DocNimble does not intentionally send file contents, extracted document text, file names or portal/application choices as analytics parameters.
Advertising
Advertising remains disabled until the operator has an approved advertising configuration and the required consent mechanism. Advertising is excluded from upload, processing, job, preflight and download workspaces.
Certified consent platforms
The built-in preference panel is a basic first-party choice mechanism and is not represented as a Google-certified CMP. Where a certified CMP is required for the intended advertising audience, the operator must configure one before enabling advertising.
Changing your choice
When the built-in preference panel is active, use Cookie choices in the footer. You can also clear site data in your browser. A certified CMP, when enabled, supplies its own controls.
Contact
Questions about cookies or consent can be sent through the contact form. See the Privacy Policy for the wider data-handling model.
