Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Authority to process files
You may use DocNimble only with files you own or are authorised to process. You are responsible for privacy, confidentiality, copyright, contractual, employment, regulatory and retention obligations attached to the material.
Tool status and outputs
A live label means the advertised workflow is implemented, not that every unusual, encrypted, corrupted or specialised file will work. Beta worker tools are capability-dependent. Always keep an original and verify the downloaded output before relying on it. DocNimble is not a digital-signature preservation, forensic redaction, archival certification or legal-evidence service.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to process unlawful material, attack systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, infringe rights, impersonate others, or overload shared infrastructure. Automated access that harms availability may be rate-limited or blocked.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity under your account. DocNimble may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats or material violation of these terms.
Payments
Paid checkout is offered only when billing is configured. Prices and plan limits shown at checkout govern the purchase. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Premium access depends on an active paid access period or an administrator override, and worker availability remains separate.
Availability and liability
We aim for useful and truthful tools but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or fitness for a particular legal, financial, medical or compliance purpose. To the extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when features, law or providers change. Material updates will be dated. Contact hello@docnimble.com with questions.
