Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the DocNimble website, workspace, live tools, beta tools, support routes, and future premium services. The aim is to set fair expectations for both the service and the people using it.
Acceptable use
DocNimble must not be used to distribute malware, abusive material, unlawful content, or automated traffic that harms service stability. We may block, throttle, or suspend abusive usage to protect the platform.
Tool availability
Not every public tool page represents a live production workflow. Some services may remain in beta or be limited by plan, worker setup, or operational conditions. Public labels are intended to explain that state clearly.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
DocNimble aims for reliable availability but does not guarantee that every tool will be available at all times. Maintenance, infrastructure problems, or upstream worker issues may affect some workflows.
Future subscriptions and paid access
As premium plans become commercially active, additional terms around billing, renewals, upgrade or downgrade handling, and entitlement enforcement will apply to those services.
Limitation of liability
DocNimble is provided as a practical utility platform. Users should review important outputs before external submission, legal filing, printing, or archival use.
