DocNimble Editorial Policy and Review Standards
DocNimble separates automated draft preparation from human editorial approval. Automation can help with metadata or artwork; it cannot certify its own work as human-reviewed.

Publication gate
A guide or article cannot be published through the hardened CMS unless it has at least 1,000 visible words, a named author, a named human reviewer, a review date, suitable search metadata, a meaningful image and alt text, and source/review notes. Records marked editorial review required remain outside public listings and the sitemap.
Automation
Automated assistance may prepare draft structure, metadata suggestions or original site-owned SVG artwork. If automation was used, the record remains review-required until a person checks originality, accuracy, examples, current product behaviour and sources.
Portal and official requirements
Exam, government, KYC or application limits are not published as verified merely because a secondary site reports them. Portal records remain draft/noindex until the current official source and verification date are recorded.
Corrections
Material corrections should update the article date and source notes. Readers can report an issue through the contact form.
Commercial separation
Advertising readiness never changes a factual conclusion, tool result, review requirement or portal rule. Ads are excluded from operational workspaces.
